Full-service digital marketing for luxury skincare brand Tiger Lillies Skin Food

We started working with Tiger Lillies Skin Food, an independent luxury skincare brand, ahead of their launch, preparing their online shop, Google, Meta, and TikTok ads, customer tracking set-up, and content strategy in readiness for their go-live date.

Over the following year-and-a-half, we delivered a full-service digital marketing package that included search and social advertising, TikTok and Reel creation, and collaborations with a diverse selection of influencers who helped to represent Tiger Lillies Skin Food’s ‘ageless, genderless, raceless’ ethos.

Results

We transformed the Tiger Lillies Shopify store into a beautiful, informative, easy-to-use ecommerce site, directed photo and video shoots to capture brand assets and social content, and led Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and influencer outreach campaigns.

By looking at customer journeys and heatmaps, we made continuous UX/CX design optimisations which increased the store’s add-to-cart and conversion rates, exceeding our proposed targets within three months.

Expanding the shop’s payment options and ‘customers also bought’ suggestions also helped make the checkout experience more frictionless and informative.

We also generated leads through a ‘skin stages’ quiz, which grew Tiger Lillies’ database of email subscribers and gave the brand valuable insights on customer demographics and behaviours.

CREATIVE

We directed and styled eight photoshoots, in the studio (product shots), on-site (in the skin food lab), and on-location.

Our images and videos led campaigns across all digital spaces, including web, email, paid ads, and TikTok.

We redesigned and recoded the website with a bespoke Shopify theme, greatly improving the customer experience, streamlining the purchase process, and implementing a responsive mobile-friendly layout.

Copywriting

Our site-wide copy rewrite brought the Tiger Lillies Skin Food story to the forefront in a captivating way, and highlighted the skincare benefits of each product with confidence and clarity.

Product Discovery

As part of the website redesign, we made products more prominent in more places. Better data-driven categorisation and contextual suggestions in ‘skin stages’ pages and blog posts were key factors in tripling conversation rates.

Checkout Experience

By integrating additional payment options like Klarna and PayPal into the website, boldly highlighting that shipping is free, and enabling customer accounts, we made the purchase process frictionless.

Reviews & UGC

Featuring customer reviews and user-generated content alongside brand copy and photography nurtures a greater sense of trust. By allowing site visitors to leave their own ratings, they know the reviews aren’t falsified.

Email Automation

With add-to-carts doubling in six months, there was a natural increase in abandoned check-outs. We retargeted indecisive buyers with automated reminders and discount codes to prompt completed conversions.

Customer Quiz

Everyone’s skin is unique, and caring for it can be confusing. We created a ‘skin stages’ quiz to help customers find products best-suited for them. Informative, shareable, and a great converter of sales.

SEO & Content

We wrote more than 40 original pieces of content for the website, directly informed by SEO keyword research, customer queries, and skincare industry trends.

PAID SOCIAL & PPC

Two days after launching the new website via social media, we converted our first sale.

Just over half a year later, we had:

  • built a fully-attributable network of paid ads on Meta and Google

  • reached three-quarters-of-a-million people via Facebook and Instagram

  • grown a brand new TikTok account from 0 to 35,000+ views
